Tell us what you want changed and this page writes the message for you. The more of it you fill in, the less we have to guess — and the more likely you get back exactly what you pictured.

How a request becomes a change on your site

  1. 1You send it. Fill in the form below and press send. It takes about a minute.
  2. 2We write back one sentence describing what we think you asked for. You say yes, or you correct it. That sentence is what gets built.
  3. 3We build it on the test site and send you screenshots, so you see it before anyone else does.
  4. 4You approve it, and only then does it go on the live site.

Once you have approved something, we mark that request finished. If you want more changes to the same screen later, that is completely fine — we log it as a new request so it gets the same screenshots and the same approval, and nothing quietly gets lost in a chat thread.
